Mr. Siegel has experience since 1987 performing Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments and Transaction Screens related to real property transfers, asbestos sampling programs, operations and maintenance plan preparation and abatement oversight, subsurface soil and groundwater investigations, remediation design and oversight, waste management and environmental regulation and compliance consulting. Experience in the past 3 years includes the completion of over 500 real estate environmental assessments and other due diligence projects.
For ERAS, Mr. Siegel will provide oversight for day-to-day company operations and will act as the point of contact for most client communications. Mr. Siegel will perform all projects that include asbestos as a part and will provide technical oversight and review for Phase 1 related report reports and documents.
Professional Geologist
Bachelor of Science, Earth Sciences
Mr. Payton has experience since 1988 as a geologist and environmental consultant. His experience includes subsurface investigation projects at fuel service stations, industrial and manufacturing properties and institutional facilities. He has conducted, managed and supervised site characterizations including soil and groundwater investigations, well installations and Hydropunch studies and well sampling. Responsibilities included budget development, conducting field work, data analysis and report preparation and technical oversight for a variety of contamination sites.
Mr. Payton will provide technical oversight for Phase 2 and remediation projects, soil logging field activities for environmental investigations, and technical report review as a Registered Geologist.
Project Geologist
Bachelor of Science, Geology
Mr. Savage has work experience since 2001 performing geologic record management for the oil industry, since 2002 performing biological studies for the United States Bureau of Reclamation, and since 2003 as a geologist with ERAS. He has performed numerous subsurface investigations that included a variety of soil and groundwater sampling, groundwater well installations and site investigations.
Responsibilities included project management, chemical data analysis and report preparation and review. Mr. Savage has also performed all phases of permitting, workplan preparation, investigation, remediation, and report preparation for gasoline station and industrial and other commercial environmental projects.
For ERAS, Mr. Savage will perform research and management for Phase 1 and Phase 2 projects, soil logging field activities for environmental investigations, and technical report preparation. Mr. Savage will also perform field investigations including subsurface soil and groundwater investigations.
Office Manager
Bachelor Degree, Human Development
Mr. Cordoza has been with ERAS Environmental, Inc. since June 2001 in the capacity as Office Manager. As Office Manager he is responsible for the day to day operations of the company including accounting, payroll, tax forms and most initial client communications.
Mr. Cordoza also acts as the company Senior Field Technician performing groundwater monitoring at our various sites throughout the Greater Bay Area. Other duties on projects include utility investigations, soil stockpile and hand auger soil sampling, and oversight of groundwater well destruction.
Staff Scientist

Jessica Siegel is a Staff Scientist for ERAS Environmental. Prior to rejoining ERAS in October 2017, Jessica lived in South Lake Tahoe and worked at the League to Save Lake Tahoe. Jessica received her Bachelors of Science in Environmental Science and Management from UC Davis in 2015.
